This was a fantastic place to purchase my Jeep, but the experience with the service department was pretty bad. It took 25 minutes to schedule my service due to the text only policy, it should have only tak experience with the service department was pretty bad. It took 25 minutes to schedule my service due to the text only policy, it should have only taken 5 minutes maximum. The communication while my vehicle was in the shop was poor at best. This text only policy may be a benefit to the dealer but does not respect the customer’s time and for that matter the customer in general. Not happy. More

Took my Gladiator in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I did not need an appointment and I waited a little less than an hour. The service representatives were very courteous. They have a nice wa rotation. I did not need an appointment and I waited a little less than an hour. The service representatives were very courteous. The dealership won't give a thorough report regarding issues with the vehicle. They do not communicate proactively. They do not work with any sense of urgency. They are careless and incomplete with their problem resolution. I only go here because Jeep masks their error codes and only a dealer can read them. Once my Jeep is fixed to the point I can sell it, I am selling it and never going back to Jeep, or Faricy, ever again. More
