Brought my Jeep Wrangler 4xe to Faricy because it wouldn't go into electric mode. What followed is a sequence I think management would genuinely want to know about. The diagnosis — $270 — was that I wouldn't go into electric mode. What followed is a sequence I think management would genuinely want to know about. The diagnosis — $270 — was that I needed an oil change. The tech's video walkthrough confidently explained that my instrument cluster "had been saying change oil," and that's why electric mode was disabled. It hadn't: I had a dated photo of my dash from that morning showing no such message and no oil light. The written paperwork separately stated the "oil light was on." Also untrue. I called to dispute the $270; they cut it to half. When I showed the service manager the photo proving there was no oil light, they waived it entirely — which I genuinely appreciated. Here's the part that matters: they performed the oil change, and it still wouldn't go into electric mode. The oil change was never the fix. The car was in "fuel/oil refresh mode," and the actual cause was stale fuel — resolved for free by topping off the tank. So the diagnosis was wrong, the prescribed remedy failed, and I'm very glad I held the line on that fee, because it bought nothing. The part that made me laugh: even the oil change came in about $9 over the written estimate. The explanation was that the first number was "only an estimate," and the difference was shop rags and supplies. An oil change is the most routine service a shop performs. If that can't be quoted within nine dollars, it's a tell. I'll offer this the way I'd want to receive it: a diagnosis that was wrong, resting on two written statements that weren't factually true, a prescribed fix that didn't work, an actual fix that was free, and the simplest possible service missing its own estimate. The billing got made right once I escalated, to the service manager's credit. But that's a lot going wrong on a routine visit. Worth a look by the GM. More

Bought a 2024 Kia Telluride from them after many problems to include the engine recall of previous Honda Odyssey almost causing me to be stranded until I got it in there to swap for this car. I feel this dea to include the engine recall of previous Honda Odyssey almost causing me to be stranded until I got it in there to swap for this car. I feel this dealership does nothing to deal with existing problems. It seems they doctored an oxidized piece of plastic in the front cabin area then after a week some sort of film and ruined the plastic light panel between driver side and passenger side. We have not cleaned it yet nor used any product anywhere. What a nightmare and expensive, weird problem to deal with. Managers avoid any contact with customers and sales people like to keep you separated all the while as you do your purchase. Just hasn't been an honest or straightforward experience. You the customer should know. I honestly don't believe many of these reviews are genuine after my experience More
The term "hassle-free" is used so much in the car business that I am reluctant to use it here, but it is a great description of the service we received from Brandon Wilke. Absolutely no stereotypical business that I am reluctant to use it here, but it is a great description of the service we received from Brandon Wilke. Absolutely no stereotypical "high-pressure salesperson" here ... affable, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and professional ... Brandon was quick to help and eager to make our Jeep purchase a reality. I would highly recommend Brandon to any of our friends, family or service members looking for a square deal. It was very refreshing to meet someone who actually does what he says he is going to do. SIX OUT OF A POSSIBLE FIVE STARS! More
