The lack of responses and caring from this dealer is mind blowing. After spending $70K on a used vehicle that has continued to have problems, Matt Mortimer wouldn't even respond to my email. John Simonelli m blowing. After spending $70K on a used vehicle that has continued to have problems, Matt Mortimer wouldn't even respond to my email. John Simonelli made promises to get us out of the vehicle that led to empty promises and finance said they would credit the large amount of money we spend on extended warranty with no resolve and leaving us with a car that continues to have issues. Fantastic job with customer support and satisfaction cleaning up a mess with zero resolve! More
