Mr. Gunn and his staff discovered my Tahoe was in need of struts on the front if my car, which I did not know. The car was at Sauder the day before and they advised I needed front brakes and four tires and h struts on the front if my car, which I did not know. The car was at Sauder the day before and they advised I needed front brakes and four tires and had time for either or, never noticing I needed struts! Faulkner was thorough and efficient.
