Very dissatisfied with the service department. I went into to have an inspection. I was told the tires need replaced to pass. I was suspicious because I had had a tire shop just look at the tires I went into to have an inspection. I was told the tires need replaced to pass. I was suspicious because I had had a tire shop just look at the tires and they told me they were sufficient to pass inspection. I advised this dealer to not do the work. I picked up the car. The inspection form completed by the tech had the right front at 2/32 and the left front at 3/32. I looked up the Pennsylvania standard for inspection and it states unequivocally that 2/32 passes. So both tires were legal. And they quoted me 300 per tire. Clearly they were unethical in their inspection operation. More
