All our questions were answered in a professional manner and after the test drive we were hooked on the new car. We bought it and now John went through showing us in detail the features. He set up our I-phones and we were off. We had a problem in that we forgot how to use the I-phone feature. The next day we drove back and took John out of the break room. Dummy us we were holding the call button instead of tapping the button to activate the phone. We also left something in the old car. John walked back with me, I got the item, and went back to our new car. We thanked John for helping the two dummies. John you are wonderful. The other staff at Faulkner were also professional. More
