The sales person was excellent. The financial guy, Joe, was very knowledgable and nice. Nobody was pushy, it felt like we had plenty of time and oppurtunity to talk things over alone between me and my gir was very knowledgable and nice. Nobody was pushy, it felt like we had plenty of time and oppurtunity to talk things over alone between me and my girlfriend before making any decisions. It was just a really good experience, particularly when juxtaposed with other, more pushy dealerships that we had visited earlier that week. More

We were in Philadelphia for a weekend vacation, and our check engine light came on right before we got to the city. We called Faulkner Hyundai to see if they could check out our Hyundai Sonata, and they ha check engine light came on right before we got to the city. We called Faulkner Hyundai to see if they could check out our Hyundai Sonata, and they had us come right in, even though they didn't usually run diagnostic tests on the weekend. They looked at our car right away and were able to fix the problem in under an hour. Paul Bonner was a great help to us and was very friendly and professional. Great service! They made this as easy as possible for us. More
This was the first new car purchase I was doing on my own and I was very skeptical on where to go. I did my homework and researched and visited a few dealers until I decided that I definitely wanted a Santa and I was very skeptical on where to go. I did my homework and researched and visited a few dealers until I decided that I definitely wanted a Santa Fe. The salesman who approached me (Rob Lewis) made me feel really comfortable and not pressured one bit. He was extremely personable and made the process extremely easy for me. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Everyone on the staff seemed courteous and I can honestly say I enjoyed this process very much! I am so glad I chose Faulkner as my dealership and will highly recommend you to my friends and family! More

My first car purchased after I moved to NJ. I am impressed with the dealer’s honesty and integrity. I started with a quote from Edmunds for a 2012 Santa Fe. Reached the price via a phone call and s impressed with the dealer’s honesty and integrity. I started with a quote from Edmunds for a 2012 Santa Fe. Reached the price via a phone call and several emails with Jonathan Palmisano. My wife and I arrived the dealer the other Saturday. The sales was handled by Steve Buchanan. Steve and Jonathan are all very friendly. Steve showed the car we discussed and explained each detail. The whole process is smooth and no hassle. There are no traditional tricks played by many dealers. The price is good based on my research online. There is one minor issue, though. The dealer left the decal at the corner of the trunk. That should be removed when the car is sold. Now I have to try to remove it and hopefully not damaging the paint. More
I was very disappointed in the level of service and professionalism at Faulkner Hyundai. They had a 2011 Santa Fe advertised on the internet. We drove over to see the car. Upon arrival we were told professionalism at Faulkner Hyundai. They had a 2011 Santa Fe advertised on the internet. We drove over to see the car. Upon arrival we were told that the car was not there and had been taken in for service because of a cosmetic problem with the roof rack. They should take cars off the internet posting if they are not available. It was a wasted trip. We asked them to call us when the car returned to the dealership. We never received a call but had to call them and ask if the car had come back from service. Once it was established that the car "just had a cosmetic issue with the roof rack", we came in for a test drive. It was late and dark by the time we got there. We drove the car and liked how it handled. We were assured that the issue with the roof rack had been fixed. We decided to purchase the car and gave them a deposit. When we came back to get the car during the day, we could clearly see that the roof rack was not sitting correctly on the roof and that a very poor repair job had been attempted. The interior of the car was dirty with handprints and some sticky substance on the back of the passenger seat. Needless to say we decided not to get the car. We were told that we should speak with the general manager who was not in that Saturday. After three attempts at reaching someone, I finally spoke with the sales manager today. Although we will get our deposit back it was clear that the dealership had no interest in helping us find a similar car. The sales manager just said that we'd have to get a 2012 but that he could'nt discount it as much, etc. I feel that this dealership was deceptive in it's handling of the roof rack issue and at the very least negligent in putting it back out on the lot to be sold as new when it had a problem. Who is checking these vehicles when they come to port? Who is checking these vehicles when they come back from maintenance? Who is doing such a poor job detailing these cars? It was a very disappointing experience. More
I contacted Faulkner based on a ad from Cars.com. I sent a notice via email that I was interested in the 04 Honda Accord and Johnathan got back to me very quickly. However when I was able to make it to the a notice via email that I was interested in the 04 Honda Accord and Johnathan got back to me very quickly. However when I was able to make it to the dealership, about 2 days later, that particular salesman had left for the day. Cris Lopez was available and showed me the car and I purchased it. The process was easy; I did spend a little longer at the dealership than I would have liked but Cris very good company while I waited. More
