Mike even knew that I lived at the Jersey Shore, that was my reason for not coming to the showroom to see him. I cannot express enough his patience with me, his GREAT attitude, and NEVER once made me feel bad about talking to him, nor that I was wasting his time. When I would appoligize for calling again, he'd say "No Problem", when he didn't answer the phone, he ALWAYS called me back. One Thursday, I took the ride, 100 miles, to see Mike. I told him I was NOT buying a car, I just wanted to see the differences in the various model Sonata's Hyundai had to offer. Again, Mike's reply, "No Problem." After the fourth car, and still loving the 1st, the Hybrid, I asked him to let's go see what we can do. Folks, EVERYONE at Faulkner Hyundai was a pleasure to work with. There was NO pressure. We had been looking at other dealerships for a Hyundai Elantra. My husband saw an advertisement for Faulkner Hyundai and we decided to go see what they had. From the very beginning it was a pleasurable ex Elantra. My husband saw an advertisement for Faulkner Hyundai and we decided to go see what they had. From the very beginning it was a pleasurable experience. Our salesman, Steve Buchanan, did not pressure us at all. We test rode two Elantras. The thing that I liked about test driving the car at Faulkner is we were able to drive the cars on our own without the salesman. This gave us the opportunity to take our time test driving and talk about the car alone. We traded in another car, and we felt Faulkner gave us a decent price for our trade in. We didn't have to squabble about the trade in price. Unlike other Hyundai dealerships that we visited, Faulkner didn't act like they were doing us "a favor." I was looking for a 2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS with the preferred package in any color but blue, red, or black. No one within a 100 mile radius seemed to have the car in a color I like. Upon calling Faulkner, Steve was very helpful and honest from the get- go. He did not lie about their inventory to get me into the dealership, nor did he give me any gimmicks. He was an honest, straight shooter. Very friendly. After driving an hour to Faulkner, Steve greeted me at the door, and had my car pulled up to the front of the building. He walked me through the interrior features, and showed me how ot use them. Steve honored my recent grad rebate, but was not able to come down off of the sticker price, understandably so as this car seems to fly off of the lot as soon as any dealership gets them! I was a little disappointed, but the financing department was actually able to beat my already low preapproved loan offer from an outside agency. Faulkner was able to sell me the Elantra at a price that was right in my price range. They even offered to deliver the car to my house. I would definately reccomend this dealership to a friend or family member. More
