Started with online team that put together a great deal for me then the sales team took over and got me through financing and intro to service department. Finance was not pushy at all nice change from what I was use to at other dealerships. They even drove 45 minutes to pick me up so I could get the Forester without my wife using her time. Shout out to Tyler and Anthony both showed great customer service to me. More

We ordered a new Cross trek, and their delivery date was very From start to finish our Faulkner salesgirl was GREAT. Very friendly and informative. We ordered a new Cross trek, and their delivery date was very close to the presumed date. When we picked up our new Cross trek, our salesgirl went over every part of the car, including electronics and mechanics. After about 3 weeks of delivery, Faulkner set up and overview for any questions that we might have with the electronics or anything else with our new car. Overall, the buying experience at Faulkner Subaru was a very pleasant one. More
