I said I was okay, but tired of waiting. He replied, "We're very busy.....if you'd give us lots of money, then we could enlarge our Service Department and you could get out faster.." I thought his comments were crass and uncalled for. More

2014 Kia Soul in for service I recently had my '14 Soul in for service. This is my second Soul from Feldman KIA, both from Paul King. I was met at the service bay by the friendliest people you'd ever want to meet...they called me by my name and quickly got me settled into the waiting area. While having my services performed Paul stopped by and we chatted about my current KIA Soul and the previous Soul that I sold to my son. It's always a wonderful experience, whether for sales and/or service. I can't recommend Feldman KIA, their service department, or my salesman, Paul King, highly enough. I'll be back! More
