Since the recall repair was taking longer than expected, they offered me a vehicle to use for the afternoon. Very accommodating and friendly dealership....a rare find these days. REPAIR ELECTRICAL FIRE DAMAGE 2007 KIA SORENTO 1) Insurance Company dropped off car and Service Department signed for when called 7/8 days later to check status they had no record of car being th 1) Insurance Company dropped off car and Service Department signed for when called 7/8 days later to check status they had no record of car being there. Visual was done and found car in lot. Car had not been put in the computer. 2) Made appointment to have car put on hoist and pictures taken of damage. Waited over 1 1/2 hours for open bay. When one opened Service Department manager and us went outside to wait at car. Employee came out and informed us that since battery was dead they weren't about to push it and " if we wanted pictures we could crawl under the car and take them". He turned around and walked back inside and the manager followed without a word. We are seniors and the Mr. is disabled and has to walk with a cane. 3) When the Body Shop finished repairing the Fire Damage called us that car could be picked up. I asked if the Service Department had done a complete electrical check when they replace the two electrical harnesses that caught fire in the rear tail light section. Checking paperwork found had not been done. They called and confirmed this. The body shop had one of their specialist run one instead of taking car back to the Service Department. Electrical Surges were found in over 3 places INCLUDING the junction of the new harnesses they had just put in. Body shop repaired. The Service Department was giving us a car that was unsafe and dangerous to drive. Thank God I questioned their work. 4) we finally were able to pick our car up AFTER 3 MONTHS of being there. This was truly the stuff nightmares are made of. More

Paul King was my salesman. He explained why leasing was a better option for me and even when I had doubts he was very patient . Ross Sears helped me through the leasing part and did a great job. Paul went over all the options in the car and offered to set another appointment for me if I need more time to go over everything. I have told all my friends and family about my experinence at Feldman Kia. More

We ultimately were looking for a safe SUV with enough room for our baby on the way and two dogs! We browsed the lot and their online inventory. The sales manager even met with us personally and reassured us that they would find us the perfect car that met our expectations and didn't break our budget. So we came across a very reasonably priced Chevy Equinox with low miles. Jamie was very prompt and got the car shipped over to the dealership for us to take it out for a test drive. This was the one! I told Jamie and he immediately took action. He kept me posted through the whole process and was patient to answer any questions I had! Jamie and everybody else who worked with him to get me this car are very hard working, wonderful people. And not to mention extremely genuine. Like I said I am a first time car buyer and am also on the younger side, and the fact they took me so seriously really made me feel good about deciding to go with Feldman Kia. So all in all I would absolutely 100% recommend this dealership to anybody and everybody. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service!! More

We are more than satisfied with our cars, the quality of service, and protection. Walking back into Feldman was an easy choice because they treated my wife and I so well. Everyone greets you at the door and they even remember our names. We communicated with them prior to returning via e-mail and Ben connected us with Stephen to meet our needs for a second vehicle. With a baby on the way it was important to have space, safety, and also something affordable. They are so attentive to detail and patient walking through each step from selecting a vehicle, finance application, and warranties. We were so pleased that we found what we wanted and right in our budget with a few additional perks. It's never an intimidating atmosphere, we are treated genuinely like family. This is what true customer service is about. Many companies can take notes from the way Feldman KIA operates. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get the truth, quality, and true respect and value as a customer. I guarantee you will not be disappointed! More
