When first greeted by Paul King he appeared as if he felt I would waste his time. I told him I was looking to buy a Kia Optima and that this would be my first car note. Right away I was told I would need a c I would waste his time. I told him I was looking to buy a Kia Optima and that this would be my first car note. Right away I was told I would need a co signer prior to review of my finantial information or credit. When he was presented with my income he stated that my year to date must be an estimate and could not be real. Once he viewed and went over it, he perked up a little. I took a 2011 cherry kia for a test drive, he did not show me any features inside to adjust anything he just let me go. When I returned I was adivsed that the car I test drove would be the one I would have to purchase. I was told it was because that car fell within the price range I should strive for as a first time loaner at 18,000. I expalined that the color I was not happy with and his reply was " You are driving a tan 2004 doge stratus which would you rather be styling in?" All of this is going on while the banks are still processing my infomation and nothing had yet been finalized. As time passed while wating on the bank, Paul adivsed me that I should try for a loan that was about $7,000 and proeeded to show me a 09' Chevy Malibu with 77,000 miles. After I expressed that the amount of milage was not going to work for me, I was then told that I need to lower my standards and that I was looking at a car in the wrong range in regards to the 2011 kia. He went on to tell me that when he got his first car he could not get what he wanted and 3 years later he was, and I should crawl before I walk. He went back to speak with his manager. He came back with paper work and I was then adivsed that I qualified for a 2013 Kia optima to lease. I was so confused because at first I was told I needed to strive for the 2011 kia, then told I needed to get a loan for 7,000 and encouraged to get the 09 Malibu. Finally was told that I qualified for the 2013 Kia after all of this, and I was just ready to go. I did not purchase my Kia Optima from Feldman Kia. I insted went with another Kia dealership in Dearborn MI . My salesman and experience else where was like night and day, a much more friendly and professional experience. I would not reccomend anybody to come to Feldman Kia and work with Paul King. I am not sure why he is in the car sales profession. He was not personable, or friendly and made my first time experience a horrible one. More
Feldman Kia was absolutely amazing to work with in our purchase of a new Kia and our trade-in of a current Kia. Mary was our initial contact; and she was warm, friendly, kind, and very genuine with us. She gave us no 'pushy sales tactics' at all, and at no time did we EVER feel pressured. Mary went out of her way to make our experience easy, comfortable, and pleasant! We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Malcolm, but we know he was there behind the scenes to make sure things went smoothly! Blake and Billy were both very warm and easy to talk to, and they were both super-helpful in completing the purchase of our new Kia Soul (which we LOVE!) and in explaining all it's awesome features. The dealership is clean and welcoming, and in a lovely location that is easy to get to and looks well-maintained. We haven't needed service yet, but we're sure the service department will be equally excellent! We would not hesitate to recommend Feldman Kia! More

On February 18th, 2013 I stopped by Feldman Kia with my daughter and was promptly greeted by Laura Middleton. I kept finding myself speaking with people about their Kia Soul and was interested in a test d daughter and was promptly greeted by Laura Middleton. I kept finding myself speaking with people about their Kia Soul and was interested in a test drive as I had been driving the same car for the last 15 years and felt it was time for a more fuel efficient change. Laura went over the entire car with me, anwsered all my questions and we were off for a test drive on numerous models of the Soul. I was hooked and loved this cute car however I was unsure if my 85 year old mother would have difficulties getting in and out and was told to go ahead and take it home to see how "mom" did. Mom did great and I was hooked. The buying process was very smooth and efficient and Laura made sure we had coffee or water while all the paperwork was finished. I not only LOVE my Soul, I would highly recommend Laura Middleton to anyone looking at buying a KIA! More
On March 29, 2013 I brought my Kia Soul in for it's 1000 mile check-up and Oil Change. I was quickly greeted by Randy Merry who proceeded to go over what they were going to do. I did have some questions regarding some of the "Technology" which I was confused about and he took the added time and went over everything with me. He then showed me to the waiting area where I was offered something to drink and popcorn if I wanted while the service was performed. During this process I was told it would be about 10 minutes (which it was). I was also able to speak with a potential customer about my love of my new Soul and the great service I was getting at Feldman Kia. I must say, this dealership has exceeded all my expectations and I'm very happy with my overall services I received. More
Ever since I bought my Kia Rio last summer, I have been blown away my the top quality customer service associated with Marty Feldmen Kia. Service Dept.good here no complaints. Last sales experience just so so. First sales guy I talked to and was serious about buying my '13 Soul, the next day was sick ,no follow through on the part of experience just so so. Second guy seemed to pick up the ball,I said I didn't like the hubcaps. He offered to get me a new set and have them installed. Never happened. I talked to the sales manager, who correctly said it needs to be on paper. I said I understand, but the guy should have never offered what he wasn't gonna do. Ever heard anything back now that I have had the car 3 months, NOPE. More
The service was excellent: they finished the car quickly at a reasonable price but more importantly they made sure my wife and daughter (who were in the car when it began experiencing serious mechanical pro at a reasonable price but more importantly they made sure my wife and daughter (who were in the car when it began experiencing serious mechanical problems) were safe and well taken care of. They even drove my wife and daughter to the mall and picked them up when the car was done! This is the kind of service that seems to have disappeared but we were lucky that our car ran into problems so close to this dealership. Would definitely go back. More
We bought our Kia Soul there, everybody was very friendly and helpful, they even helped us to find a insurance company. You get a reminder when the service is due, appointsments are easy to schedule, no long and helpful, they even helped us to find a insurance company. We had a little warranty issue which had been solved quickly and without any costs. Great experience! More
