This manager told me he could help and was "sure" he could get the payment where I needed it so we could make a deal. Long story short, I got all the hard inquiries on my credit (and my score was exactly what I told them it would be) no negatives and I was approved for 0 down but with a payment they knew I did not want. This did not stop them from continuing to run it. When I asked to speak with someone else, I was told I would get a call back, ya right! Terrible service! The dealer didn’t know anything about the car we were inquiring about. He said it was new and it clearly had over 5,000 miles.
