John was very helpful and very patient… I have been a Honda customer for over 15 years and decided to go look at the Subarus at the encouragement of my mom who has a 2011 Forester and sister the 14 Cross Honda customer for over 15 years and decided to go look at the Subarus at the encouragement of my mom who has a 2011 Forester and sister the 14 Crosstrek. John was my sales person. I came in to test drive the Outback. He first had me test drive, the Forrester, it wasn’t quite what I was looking for, so I tried that outback and loved it, except it looked too much like a station wagon to me. When driving onto the lot I spotted a vehicle that I hadn’t seen before… The Ascent. After driving it there was no question of which vehicle I wanted. The Ascent was not on the lot in the color scheme that I wanted, which was mahogany pearl and Java interior. There was one coming but there was going to be a wait. John kept me informed pretty much weekly on the status. I went to pick it up Friday night and I absolutely am in love. It is gorgeous. John is the salesperson that you need to ask for. Leslie G More

When I took delivery of my vehicle, she was very thorough and took time to explain all the features to me. I really appreciated her attention to detail. The reason for my four-star rating of Ferguson Superstore overall, is that I felt like communication was not good at the beginning of the ordering process. After I submitted my build, I received a text that asked if I was interested in going over the order process. I responded yes, but didn't hear anything until I got an email a few days later. The person who sent the email asked if I was still interested and said they had reached out to me a few times but never heard back. When it was time to pay the vehicle deposit, I spoke to a manager and paid it over the phone. I asked him to email a receipt to me. He said he would, but never did. When Brittany followed up with me several days later, I asked her for a copy of the receipt and she made it a priority to email it to me. Aside from those two experiences, the other people I met with at Ferguson were very nice and provided great customer service. More
