Chuck was great to work with. He was great the entire week talking to him about the car we purchased. The only downfall of the transaction was the finance department pushing the extended warranties when we we said no they kept pushing. They offered the package at like $7800 and when we said no they kept pushing and we’re shocked that we said no. So then a little bit later the manager came in and offered us the same deal for around $2500 if Dallas would have offered it to us at $2500 to begin with we would have done it but instead you tried screwing your customer for roughing 5k. Defiantly didn’t appreciate that. Other than the finance part everything was great. More
