Shopping for a new car is never an easy task. But then we met Kyle Praiswater at Ferguson Kia and shopping for a new car became easy again. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by s But then we met Kyle Praiswater at Ferguson Kia and shopping for a new car became easy again. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by smiling faces and offers of bottles of water, which were most welcomed on this unusually hot day. Right from the start, Kyle was friendly and happy to show us around. Once we found a Sportage to drive, Ferguson Kia allowed my wife and me to test-drive the vehicle on our own, which allowed us to get a really nice feel for it. When it came time to discuss the specifics of the vehicle we were interested in, Kyle was very forthcoming in sharing the information we needed. We have the mindset that more information is better than less, and Kyle was willing to answer all of our questions. The negotiations were also rather straightforward, which was a welcome change of pace during this poor climate of purchasing a car (from a buyer’s perspective) in 2022. It all came down to the right price for the Sportage we were wanting and Kyle worked his magic to find a car that would suit us best. We texted each other back and forth, agreed on a price we were all comfortable with, and one week later, the new vehicle arrived. The entire experience was wonderful and Kyle was even happy to spend some extra time showing us the details of the car before we drove it off the lot. It is always a wonderful thing when your final experience in purchasing a new car is a good one. Many thanks to Kyle Praiswater for all of his help! More

John was an excellent salesman. We started talking to John about 5 or 6 months ago. But, he did not keep calling or texting. I told him I would get back with him when we decided what we wanted.. John would check back maybe once every month. Once we decided what we wanted he went to work to find it. He as a very calming spirit . He answered all our questions I had first wanted an Acent, but after looking at it it was as big as our van. I told him we had looked at the Consumer Reports and what the Subaru was rated, compared to the Hondas, which we have purchased for over 30 years. He showed us the features of the Forester, Outback and Ascent and we decided on the Forester. He was also great on showing us all the features today and programmed my phone to the car., I know he is a man of God, it shows in his character. I will recommend John to any of my friends that are interested in purchasing a Subaru. The whole car experience was excellent. Maybe a little less on Extended Warranty purchases.
