Mike took time out today to address a connectivity issue with MySubaru app for remote startup of my new car. Functionality was sporadic and some worked, others didn't. He contacted Subaru customer service with MySubaru app for remote startup of my new car. Functionality was sporadic and some worked, others didn't. He contacted Subaru customer service line and found out there was a bit of buggyness in the app as well as questions about ownership. Persistent in chasing down the answer. Keep him around! More
