Absolute horrible experience! Walked in pre-approved from my bank but Ferguson decided they needed to try to get me approved elsewhere and then tried to make me sign the paperwork there. After many tries I f my bank but Ferguson decided they needed to try to get me approved elsewhere and then tried to make me sign the paperwork there. After many tries I finally made them understand that I needed the bill of sale so I could go back to my bank to do the final paperwork.... Skip forward 3 weeks and the title for the car still hasn't arrived. After many calls to Hannah Noise I finally find out that its still pending and she tells me to call back the next day which was Friday and if she hasn't received it she will mail me a new paper tag since my tag issued at purchase expired in less than a week. Hannah didn't answer on Friday. She didn't mail me a tag. She claims she mailed the paperwork on Monday to my bank. My tag expired 2 days after she mailed the paperwork. There is no way I could have gotten my tag in that time frame. So now I have a vehicle I cannot drive due to the negligence of the employees at this location. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone I know. Absolutely horrible experience. More
