It actually took me several months to work up the nerve to commit to buying a new car. James was initially kind and helpful but graciously stepped back when I explained I didn't think I was ready to buy. Then he dropped a text to me a couple of months later, no pressure at all, and planted just the seed of thought I needed to make the leap. I absolutely love my new Forester and can't thank him enough for his patience. Customer service at Ferguson is exemplary. James took the time to review every technical feature on my new car and has kept in touch by text to reassure me that he is always ready to answer any questions I may have. It was the best experience I've ever had when buying a new car. I'm so very happy. More
