I really tried to hold off on writing this review. But I cannot hold off any longer. The sales experience the day I purchased the car was great. My salesman Josh Gardner did a fantastic job, everything was quick and easy. And I felt like I got a good deal. However, there was we owe work that has yet to be completed. I bought the 2019 dodge challenger RT. I knew up front that it needed active exhaust valves replaced and the electrical connectors replaced. No big deal. However when I had friend of mine put the car on the lift, we found that the driver rear cv joint was leaking bad, and eventually the boot fell off. I made the dealer aware and they said they would take care of it! No worries. That’s a safety concern so I told Josh that I would bring the car a day later. That’s when I found the battery was bad on the car to. I luckily work somewhere that has a charger to sit on the battery. Again dealer said they would take care of it and when I brought it out there they gave me a nice loaner. I was still happy. That was in July. It has now been over a month. Still no word on when my challenger is going to be done. I know the valve connectors are on back order. Just dropped the loaner back off to swap into a different one a week and a half ago. Yet still no word…. I have now made a payment on a car that I still don’t have over simple fixes. I’m starting to feel like I don’t trust the car and the lack of communication on when the car is going to be complete or at least just the cv axle and battery. I understand back orders on the connectors. But at least get the new axle and battery put in so I can drive the car and then bring it back when the exhaust valve gets in. I’m a very patient person but the lack of communication is really not okay. I need to know when I’m getting my car back. And I do appreciate the loaners and that you are willing to take care of the car. I do appreciate that. But it has been over a month now that I have not had a car I just bought..: worse yet, last week I sent a email to the service advisor and the used car manager, just seeing when I would have my car.:: nobody replied. Clayton and my son and wife examined the roof, and nothing was found. Hopefully management was made aware!!! More
