The service was poor. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 for a 10:00!appointment for a check engine light. Didn't hear anything, so called at 3 pm to check in. After a number of probing questions, I determined that he had dropped the ball and the vehicle had just been sitting in the lot all day. We picked the vehicle up without anything being accomplished. So realize that "Service" department is just a name and not a description of what actually happens at Ferguson Buick. More
