Tried to purchase two vehicles, ended up purchasing one. I felt I had to force the sale to happen and ended up making second purchase in Dallas. I came in at 8 am to get a recall fix and get a popping sound looked at. When I called I asked if I could get a loan vehicle and they said yes. When I get there they said they don’t have any so I have to f sound looked at. When I called I asked if I could get a loan vehicle and they said yes. When I get there they said they don’t have any so I have to find a ride last minute. They call me about 10 am to tell me what the cause of the popping sound was, cool. I don’t hear anything from them until 3 p.m. when I decide to call them to check up on it. They decide to tell me then that their systems had been down all day and that they couldn’t do the recall today. Why can’t they tell me that when they call at 10 am? I understand they can’t do anything about the system being down but why not let me know earlier. So I basically took my car in for nothing. Frustrating experience More
