Vehicle sat in the yard for 24 hours before being touched. You’re assigned a specific service rep to deal with your account-great accept no other reps will discuss your account with you, and my servi touched. Was told I needed new tires, by the time I had an answer for my rep and called back (30 min after being told) he was gone for 5 hours, and the 2 sets of tires they had in stock had sold. He refused to guarantee me out the door by a specific time (3 days after dropping the vehicle) so they lost on on $1500 sale of tires and I got to be without a vehicle for 3 days for an oil change a tire rotation and a 15 min recall. Tech also claims that the 2 additional issues I asked to be repaired were not issues, lo and behold the outlet I said is not working properly, is still not working properly! Extremely unhappy with the service and the amount of time for not even fixing the issues I brought the vehicle in for. More

Bough my car in March of 2021. It has been a good vehicle. The used car warranty I had purchased due to a high mileage car has definitely saved me. Brian has always been a big help & fixed issues we brought in. Only downfall I’ve had was been low bawled on a trade value. KBB trade shows $7-8k even in fair condition and my mileage, but I was recently offered only around $4k. Would love to do business again, but at this rate I will look elsewhere. More

I purchased and still have a 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate that I have had nothing but issues with since the second week of purchasing new. The truck left me and my family stranded in Walsenburg Colorado with that I have had nothing but issues with since the second week of purchasing new. The truck left me and my family stranded in Walsenburg Colorado with only 1,253 miles on it. We called On Star to have a wrecker take it to the dealer. On Star wouldn’t send a wrecker because we had a 22’ utility trailer so we where out a wrecker bill. I called Ferguson GMC where I purchased the vehicle from and left multiple messages for my salesman and the General Manager to see what my options were. I never received a call or text from either. One week after the day it broke down I did get a call back from the service manager . Mike informed me there was nothing they could do since it was already at another dealership. The truck was taken to Wilcoxson GMC in Pueblo Colorado where it sat for 6 weeks getting a new DPF filter and Pressure Differential Sensor. GM has still been unwilling to compensate for the 6 weeks of being with our primary vehicle used for work. We literally had to purchase another New GMC from Wilcoxson to get home as there where no loaner vehicles available. When our 2024 GMC showed up at our house through GM reunite program it had 680 miles more than when it was delivered to the dealership and there was no diesel or def fluid in the truck. We finally got a reimbursement check for the hotel room we had to get for 2 nights waiting for the dealership to open. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from General Motors as they don’t stand behind anything. I have spent over 40 hours trying to get a fair compensation or Buy Back from GM and have yet to get anywhere with them. I was told they would Repurchase it and was told to get in contact with Mike the service manager at Ferguson GMC in Norman Oklahoma. I called Mike to schedule a time to bring it in for the Buy Back and he didn’t know anything about it. So I called Shaun Gusumano back and he assured me Mike was brought up to speed and would be handling it. Once again I called Mike and still isn’t aware. If you are having any issues with getting ahold of GM please let Shaun know as he is not taking care of my issues. I just recently received a call from the General Manager at the selling dealership and he informed me that GM agreed to do a repurchase. They will give me MSRP minus a deduction for mileage. They will not reimburse anything for tag, tax and title which was almost 5K. I think at this point I’m going to seek legal advice. More
