I would recommend this dealership but, with reservations. I had work performed on my 2016 Buick Encore recently and there were numerous mistakes made. Upon arrival to retrieve my vehicle...my keys had appa I had work performed on my 2016 Buick Encore recently and there were numerous mistakes made. Upon arrival to retrieve my vehicle...my keys had apparently been given to a different customer and I was required to wait until the other customer returned them. If that wasn't bad enough, I had the Valve Cover replaced during this same service visit and the vehicle leaked oil all along the under carriage and also caused oil stains on my concrete driveway. Upon returning the vehicle...it was determined that the technician apparently did not seat the gasket properly during the valve cover replacement. I agree mistakes happen...however, for money spent, customers do expect quality. More
