Excellent time at my service appointment I called to schedule an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was given an appointment for that afternoon. Service writers were all standing at the desk when I pulled in. No one was talking to a customer, one was playing on their cell phone. I waited a few minutes and then went inside and still stood there f pulled in. No one was talking to a customer, one was playing on their cell phone.
