Service good keeping owner informed not so much I took my truck in for service when they opened on a Thursday when the anti-lock brake and traction control light came on. I was called later that day I took my truck in for service when they opened on a Thursday when the anti-lock brake and traction control light came on. I was called later that day with an estimate and that parts needed to be ordered and it would be ready Friday. The also indicated another repair was needed and could be done at the same time. I authorized the additional repair. I did not receive a call so Friday at 4:30pm I called and was informed they’d need to keep it over the weekend. I did not hear back so I called again on Monday at 4:30pm and the tech said did not know the status but would call me back. Received no call back nor did I receive a call on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday at 4:30 and was informed the they were just finishing up and the truck would be ready at 6pm. Finally got my truck and repairs seem to be as promised but rating for communication is why only 4 stars. More
