I was extremely thankful that Mike checked and saw that my extended warranty was in affect so I had only a $200.00 deductible that was required to be paid. Engine light The check engine light is on again (the 3rd time since Sept 19). We had the truck loaded up to drive on a long weekend trip Friday morning and when I backed out of the garage the light came on. Not confident of the dependability of the truck to make the trip, we had to make other arrangements to travel this past weekend. I tried replying to the text message that was sent while the vehicle was being worked on but got no reply or response. I’ve called the service dept 3 times today, Monday Oct 15. Twice to Richard in Service and once to the manager of the service dept but neither person could be located by the receptionist. Please advise at your earliest convenience. More
