Preston worked with my warranty company to get my parking sensors fixed, a transmission temp sensor (that was on a national back order), replaced my air filters, and washed and vacuumed for me. He stayed in contact the entire time through text and phone calls, so I was never left waiting. Even when Preston was at lunch when I came to pick up my car, the other guys in the service department were super helpful. Everyone was so nice, and prices were great. Really love having such a helpful (and honest/female-friendly) dealer in Norman! Thanks so much! More
