Quick, easy and painless I took my 2019 Enclave in for an oil change. I was informed that it also had an outstanding Recall. The service manager said they could do both whil I took my 2019 Enclave in for an oil change. I was informed that it also had an outstanding Recall. Oil change and problems after We received an oil change got 20 miles from dealerships and car started acting up. We waited 3 long hours for someone and they never came so we had to drive the car to Shawnee and Joe Cooper checked it out and said the codes show O-2 sensor that if Ferguson would have took the time they could have walked us through checking it out instead they made their customer wait 3 LONG hours in OKC. We will not be back. More
