Did not get the good (and fair) deal I wanted. The dealership wanted an extra 250.00 to detail the outside of the vehicle. We paid asking price. We wanted an owners manual and was told we could either buy one from them or go online and purchase one . The dealership should have at least given us one at no charge. Very disappointed in the after sale..That is no way to earn repeat business or word of mouth referrals. More

Bought new pickup I had been looking for a couple months and found Ferguson had a better selection than some other dealers. 1st visit Took the vehicle in for 1st oil change and warranty service. The primary warranty item is poor reception of the XM service. Having owned a vehicle wit Took the vehicle in for 1st oil change and warranty service. The primary warranty item is poor reception of the XM service. Having owned a vehicle with XM and utilizing XM for over 5 years, I never had service reception problems until changing vehicles. I was advised that is wasn't the vehicle but is was the XM signal. Obviously I am not buying this (what appears to be a stock GM advised) answer. I would have had problems in the previous 5 years of service if that were truly the case. I understand the dealership can only do what they are told from GM but that doesn't fix the root problem, which appears to possibly be poor placement of the antenna or a week antenna. More
