I’ve been through a lot of bad situations with dealerships recently and was expecting the same kind of treatment when I found a truck I liked at Ferguson. The exact opposite happened when I showed dealerships recently and was expecting the same kind of treatment when I found a truck I liked at Ferguson. The exact opposite happened when I showed up. The BEST customer service experience from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out as a new truck owner. I bought the truck at night, so I overlooked some significant paint damage. When I called them about it the next day, they scheduled me to have the paint repaired at no cost to me. There aren’t enough words to describe how happy I am with my experience. They treat people right at Ferguson. Thank you Collin Poe and the manager Brad for treating me like a valued customer. More
