Ferguson Buick GMC - Service Center

It wasn't the best day ever - my brand new Buick that I bought in Dallas area died on the way back to Dallas from Nebraska. Fortunately I was 3.4 miles from Ferguson Buick GMC. I called while waiting for the tow truck (at nearly 6:00 pm) and they wrote up the repair order. It was towed in after hours but when I walked in the door to Ferguson, feeling ALMOST desperate, I was met by Brooke and her lovely smile with an offer of a loaner car. I had to get to Dallas and be there for my son who was having surgery. They kept my car for nearly 4 days and ran numerous tests before calling to say it was all good to go. I returned the loaner and drove off in my own car. The folks at Ferguson made what was already a stressful week and could have been much worse, into a lovely experience. More

I have request my missing key fob each time I take my care in for service. I’ve been told to call GM customer service, they said they would contact Ferguson Service Manager. I’ve been told the service d care in for service. I’ve been told to call GM customer service, they said they would contact Ferguson Service Manager. I’ve been told the service department can’t give us one until they receive a recall on it. I also had missing chips when I purchased my car over a year ago & the front park assist was installed and is still not working after being told it was before I picked it up. The service department will do research to see why it’s not working & I will have to bring my car back in. We have purchased several vehicles from Ferguson’s and have never had any problems until now. More

Brought my vehicle in for body work and when I got it back, my blinker didn't work, all my fluid reservoirs were completely empty, I had screws and nuts missing where the reservoirs were removed to repla back, my blinker didn't work, all my fluid reservoirs were completely empty, I had screws and nuts missing where the reservoirs were removed to replace the body parts, and I had 2 small cracks in my windshield. I'm someone who's always thought highly of Ferguson. My family has used them for multiple generations, but this was unbelievable to me! I don't think I'll be bringing my vehicles there for repairs anymore. More
