Mr. Douglas was condescending and disrespectful when I declined the GAP insurance. He also lied about me having to come in a do a mandatory phone call with the lender. Which never happened. The experience was great Willy was so nice and knowledgeable and most of all not pushy. If we r in the market to buy a car again we will check here first. The only disappointment is that the other knowledgeable and most of all not pushy. If we r in the market to buy a car again we will check here first. The only disappointment is that the other key that the previous owner dropped off was never located they said it was onsite but no one was ever able to locate it. So unfortunately I only have one key and it will cost a few hundred dollars to have a new one made so hopefully I don’t lose this one More

Tom did a great job of making our purchase of our 2023 x3 BMW. Tom made it easy. He answered all our questions. It was an online purchase (I am recovering from a hip replacement) and delivered it to us and p BMW. Tom made it easy. He answered all our questions.
