The service guy, Sal, was fantastic, but very unhappy that they missed doing a tire recognition thing which we told him was happening. Now it's going to be a headache to get it back there to do this serv that they missed doing a tire recognition thing which we told him was happening. They missed ordering a part when I first brought my BMW in for repair to rear wiper but they took care of it after I pointed it out. When I brought it back in a second time to get the part installed they in for repair to rear wiper but they took care of it after I pointed it out.
