GPS Problem Resolved! I have had some issues with my default navigation system rerouting me around various locations that I had been to before. I knew where I was going bu I have had some issues with my default navigation system rerouting me around various locations that I had been to before. I knew where I was going but my nav would show me alternate routes that were much longer and out of the way than what I had known. Joe Cleaver in service has always been so helpful during the entire process and kept my up to date with everything. Robert (client advisor) and Kenny (bmw Genius) adjusted settings and worked side by side with Kyle the technician to make sure my navigation system was fixed properly. These guys really know their stuff and although it was a lengthy process, I understand they had to go through the proper channels to remedy the situation, they didn't stop until I was completely satisfied. I had the most amazing experience when I purchased my new 435 in late July. Everyone at the dealership made me feel at home. I am forever a fan of the product and the people at Ferman. My sister will be next when she comes to buy her convertible 4 series. Marcos Villas is the best sales person. He was helpful and made me and my sister feel welcome and at home. I even recommended Marcos to one of my best friends and she drove 2 hours to Tampa just to work with him. He is knowledgable and takes his time to explain and negotiate.
