I've been on that date and it didn't work out too well. Likewise, I dreaded when I was approached by an unknown salesperson named Kenny at Ferman BMW. To my surprise, Kenny was humble, polite, professional, honest and in no way invasive. I cannot say enough good things about how impressed and relieved I was to have ended up with Kenny as my salesperson.
