This is the second visit within the past month for two different problems. The first was to replace the A/C evaporator. Since I have an extended warranty (2006 325IC model with only 42K miles so the ori different problems. The first was to replace the A/C evaporator. Since I have an extended warranty (2006 325IC model with only 42K miles so the original warranty had expired) and it took Joe Cleaver some time and effort, including an inspection by the warranty company, to approve the work. Through Joe's hard work and effort the evaporator was replaced. Ferman and Joe provided me with a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. The second service was performed on 4/26/12 replacing the motor for the windshield washer motor. This work was done in a very fast and efficient manner while I looked at the 2012 models and given an overview by a member of the Olympic Team Member. If there was a higher rating than "Great", I would give it to Joe Cleaver and Ferman BMW. More
From the moment I begin walking through the dealership Jim welcomed me with a smile. Being a bit younger than most BMW owners I was not sure how much time and attention I would receive. The following evening I decided to purchase, and even though Jim was scheduled to leave at 4 that afternoon he stayed with me throughout the entire sales process. He then walked me through some of the bells and whistles of the vehicle until roughly 10PM! I would recommend Jim and the entire staff at Ferman BMW to anyone interested in making a purchase. More
I was stop on last Friday April 6 2012 to check used BMW.Find one i have interest ,2004 X 3.I have some one from the dealer/John/ to show me the car/SUV/I was ask him it is any thing wrong with,hi ans BMW.Find one i have interest ,2004 X 3.I have some one from the dealer/John/ to show me the car/SUV/I was ask him it is any thing wrong with,hi answer,every thing is in perfect condition.I have make decision to purchase this used BMW.Finally i have sign all paperwork on Saturday,i take my new vehicle and i go home.I live 7 miles from the dealer shop.When i get home,before i turn of the key ,i am notify ,on my dashboard go on light SERVICE ENGINE SOON.i am not respecting to have put this vehicle for service after i drown 10 miles.I thing some one did not tell me everything about this vehicle,i was stop on Tuesday by the dealer ship,and one of the manager tell me it is the problem with the fuel plug cover.Hi was ti down it,i drown this vehicle for other 50 miles but service light is still on.I thing,i do not like do the business with the people from that dealership.I liked to return this vehicle!!!! Many customers came back in while I was in the showroom complaining about getting ripped off on price, in just a few hours. Another customer had a problem with a sales rep trying to sell the dealerships fl complaining about getting ripped off on price, in just a few hours. Another customer had a problem with a sales rep trying to sell the dealerships floor mats on the side for cash. If you have shopped around at the other dealerships in Tampa you will know there is a huge difference. Reputation seems to not be a concern. If you want to feel like you bought a car from a USED car dealership, this is the place, they will leave you with a dirty feeling when you are done. My advise, Shop around first, Its worth the 30 minutes to find a dealership that wont rip you off. More
Everything about my car buying experience was exceptional. I felt very comfortable dealing with Steve Venden from the begining. He made sure to follow up with me after the sale and took care of making sure the car was picked up up to have some paint fixed the following day. We are very pleased with our 2012 X5d. Steve Venden, at Fermen BMW, was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He paid close attention to what we were saying was important to us in Fermen BMW, was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He seemed to know when it was appropriate to interject in our conversations regarding which model, color, etc. would best meet our needs and criteria. My husband does not make a quick decision and definitely does his due diligence prior to making such a large purchase. Steve was patient during this process, but kept in touch with timely responses to our questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend both Fermen BMW and Steve Venden to our friends and family should they be in the market for a BMW. The X5d is my new car, and when it's time to replace my husband's Lexus, we will select Ferman BMW and Steve Venden to help us with that purchase. More
Steve Venden is the best auto salesman we have every worked with. I called Ferman BMW to compare their prices with our local dealerships. We purchased a car several years ago at Ferman BMW xxk/a Suncoast BMW and had a good experience with both the car and dealership. We decided to go back with BMW after our latest car (Mercedes E320) was les Suncoast BMW and had a good experience with both the car and dealership. We decided to go back with BMW after our latest car (Mercedes E320) was less enjoyable and needed frequent repairs. John Grima at Ferman did a great job showing us a selection of late model BMW convertibles and we drove home with a beauty. He listened to our questions and made sure everything was taken care of. When buying my new car, my regular salesperson was on vacation so I dealt with Steve Venden. I am so glad! He spent as much time with me as I needed to make sure I got the exact features on the car I w vacation so I dealt with Steve Venden. I am so glad! He spent as much time with me as I needed to make sure I got the exact features on the car I wanted and made recommendations as to things that for me would have been a waste and what was necessary. He kept me updated while I was waiting for the car to be manufactured (which by the way arrived earlier than expected). When the car arrived, he again spent as much time as I needed to make sure I understood how to use all the features before I left the lot. The car was in pristine condition which I know was partly due to Steve because he himself had a rag and was wiping away any minuscule amount of dust that was to be found. I feel like Steve is the kind of salesperson that doesn't forget about you after the sale has been made. I will lease from him again, for sure. More
