When buying my new car, my regular salesperson was on vacation so I dealt with Steve Venden. I am so glad! He spent as much time with me as I needed to make sure I got the exact features on the car I w vacation so I dealt with Steve Venden. I am so glad! He kept me updated while I was waiting for the car to be manufactured (which by the way arrived earlier than expected). When the car arrived, he again spent as much time as I needed to make sure I understood how to use all the features before I left the lot. The car was in pristine condition which I know was partly due to Steve because he himself had a rag and was wiping away any minuscule amount of dust that was to be found. I feel like Steve is the kind of salesperson that doesn't forget about you after the sale has been made. I will lease from him again, for sure. More

Brought my BMW in for service and had the bad luck of getting stuck with this idiot. Not only did he show no concern for the problems with the vehicle, he also handed me a set of keys to a loaner which w getting stuck with this idiot.
