Initial transaction went fine, however, vehicle delivery was delayed and time consuming as proper paperwork was not ready, the vehicle was washed but still had factory plastic pieces hanging, the infotainm was delayed and time consuming as proper paperwork was not ready, the vehicle was washed but still had factory plastic pieces hanging, the infotainment screen was never formatted correctly for the customer and two of the tires were underinflated per Onstar vehicle health report. More attention to detail by both the sales staff and the prep department would have allowed a higher score. My trade in would have scored higher than the new one I purchased if both were judged. More
