Fast easy process. Only complaint is that when I was told that the vehicle would be detailed before leaving it was not. Had to hand wash once I got home. Josh was a delight to work with. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Over the past 12 years I have purchased at least 1 and sometimes 2 $80k 3500 high country Silverado’s a year from Sunset Chevrolet and should have Over the past 12 years I have purchased at least 1 and sometimes 2 $80k 3500 high country Silverado’s a year from Sunset Chevrolet and should have stayed there. I went to Ferman for my 2021 truck and it was the biggest mistake I have ever made. From the sales rep to the manager to their service department, they all have lied to me. It took over 7 weeks to get a measly $500 deposit back. Then they bait and switched me on the wheels and tires I was supposed to get. When I showed proof of what I ordered they still were trying to not make good on my purchase. It took another 4 weeks after that to get the correct ones. Even my wife was lied to, they told her they would treat her to a spa treatment if she bought a new truck. She bought one and now they are denying it, even though we have him on video promising her. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FERMAN TO ANYONE! More
