In my experience buying a car, I have to say that dealing with the team of Ferman Chevy of Tampa was the best experience I could have asked for. I live over 300 miles away from this dealer, so I had to do al with the team of Ferman Chevy of Tampa was the best experience I could have asked for. I live over 300 miles away from this dealer, so I had to do almost everything via Internet and phone, and since the first call I made to inquiry about the truck, they assigned me to Angela, and she was awesome all the time, very polite, great customer service, the vehicle was in transit and she kept me updated of everything, from the beginning until the day the vehicle arrived. Also Kimberly, the internet sales manager, was there to help with any question I had, and keeping updated when Angela was helping other customers. I drove to the dealer to finish everything and get my truck, and then Christine, the business manager was there to help me, she was ready with all the paperwork already done, ready for me to sign, to avoid wasting any time. She was also very polite and an expert on what she does, super honest team. I have to say, that we always think when buying a car, that dealer’s associates are like “SHARKS” that will try to get as much money from you as possible, but at FERMAN, they’re only worried about helping you out, and make it possible for you, not a penny more of what everything really cost, and I truly appreciated that. Thank you to all the team, for the great service!!!! More

He's our guy at Ferman, no pressuring type of salesperson and professional. Let's go to financing...the "Queen of Financing " yes Ms. CORVETTE herself *inside joke" (CC) she was a burst of energy. We started the order process 3rd quarter last year. Christine was very informative on continuous updates on the unit. The original unit was still held up going on 4-5 months up a twin came up on her al Christine was very informative on continuous updates on the unit. The original unit was still held up going on 4-5 months up a twin came up on her allocation sheet & I was able to get that unit instead. She had serve & the outside vendor add the things that were missing from the original unit. Which made it a smooth transition from the original to the one on the ground. As a busy professional she was very speedy and knowledgeable of the whole process. We will definitely continue our purchase from her. More
