Avoid this dealership — total waste of time. I was driving from NC to FL for the holidays and inquired about a vehicle on Sunday. First, an online rep contacted me via call and text, followed I was driving from NC to FL for the holidays and inquired about a vehicle on Sunday. First, an online rep contacted me via call and text, followed by a salesperson who not only claimed they didn’t know why the online rep reached out but then asked me for the same information I had already provided. I specifically asked both of them multiple times if the vehicle I was interested in was available, and both assured me it was. After spending all of Sunday going back and forth, I agreed to come in first thing Monday morning, even rearranging holiday plans to make it work. Morning comes, the sales person sends me the link for the credit application, I filled it out, only to receive a text saying the vehicle wasn’t on the lot because it had been damaged during the hurricane. Monday was more back and forth. We finally agreed on terms, only for the salesperson to later admit they’d sent me the wrong terms. The lack of communication and professionalism was beyond frustrating. Don’t waste your time here! More
