I have absolutely no complaints about our salesman, Eddie Polanco. He went above and beyond, and made sure we had a great experience with him. However, the same cannot be said about the other two gentlemen w Polanco. He went above and beyond, and made sure we had a great experience with him. However, the same cannot be said about the other two gentlemen we dealt with in the finance department. To put it simply, it seemed like they wanted to make the sale. We had a lease that was ending in November, and we needed instructions on how to deal with it if we leased a new vehicle with Chevy. Eddie told my husband and I from the beginning that he wasn’t too sure how that would be handled. The other two guys brushed it off and made it seem like it was no big deal, and all we had to do was drop our old leased vehicle at the dealer we got it at. I wasn’t too convinced on the process, but after confirming SEVERAL times with them, I believed them. I mean, who wouldn’t? A car dealership should know more than I do about how to turn in a lease. They never asked for any of my paperwork on the old lease, and acted as if it never existed. I should have listened to my gut. The next day I call Honda (my old lease was on an Accord), and I was told there was an ENTIRE process on how to handle the turn in!! They wanted $2,000+ to end the lease. I was completely blind sighted. If the reps at Chevy would have given the right information, or even offered to roll in the remaining balance into my new lease, everything would be fine. Luckily, I was able to turn in the new vehicle the next day- made possible by Eddie. What’s not lucky is that my credit took a hit. Needless to say, Ferman Chevy will never have my business. The following weekend my husband and I went to Stingray Chevrolet and got the exact same vehicle at a better price, AND had our old lease taken care of. More
