My experience at Ferman Chevrolet of Tampa is that they treat the customer as #1 (forget about all those other dealers claiming they are #1 in sales and best /lowest in prices…..Ferman knows what is really and truthfully important…the customer, “ABOVE & BEYOND” all else)! Julie was “The hostess with the mostest” (a very cheerful and lovely woman) and my salesman Careem was very knowledgable and sincerely concerned about my needs and wants (finding exactly what I desired). YES….my “Dream” Corvette Z06! And, if you are considering a Corvette, PLEASE stop and talk to Tommy “The Corvette Specialist”, he is so knowledgable and passionate (an avid enthusiast) who will make your experience and love for them even greater. Then there is Tim, the Finance Manager, who inevitably will give you that final “Bottom Line” price and payment (“Oh boy” you say…LOL)….yet, his magic he works (with the General Manager) is one practically giving you the shirt off his back and almost money from their own pocket to get you the deal you need/desire! And you know what…..my deal fell through and I guess my “Dream” Corvette Z06 is gone…..BUT, my experience and customer relations with this dealership was second to none found in this state of Florida (ABOVE all others guaranteed)! So, another 120 miles+ back home (passing those “OTHER” dealerships without a flinch) knowing that when/if my time does come again I WILL make that trip back to Ferman Chevrolet of Tampa for that deal (where you get treated #1 AND as a bonus a deal that no others can touch on your vehicle)!
