No one likes car shopping After a car accident I had to purchase a “new” vehicle. It was Christmas Eve and I was not expecting the excellent service I received at Ferman. With every one wanting to be home with their families, I never felt rushed or pressured into a commitment to purchasing a vehicle. The staff here were very professional and kind. Justin was patient and addressed every concern I had, it was cold and sprinkling, he walked through the lot with us until we found what we needed. He took his time and took us on a test drive. Wonderful salesman without being “pushy” I could not be more happy with his service. The staff was amazing throughout the paperwork process and helped to get the best possible rate. My salesperson was top notch,and easy to communicate with I'm content with my choice of vehicle,and the price I paid. I am however extremely disappointed with the prep condition of my car upon picking it up t I'm content with my choice of vehicle,and the price I paid. I am however extremely disappointed with the prep condition of my car upon picking it up to drive it home. There was absolutely NO detail cleaning of the interior whatsoever. I have visible candy and/ or soda residue all around the shift console. I have small child great fingerprints in the rear right passenger window. None of the dash or instrument cluster was cleaned.its a mess! Finally,I was told the wash track crew inadvertantly disposed of my floor mats and I now have none. The salesman was 5 stars! More
