There was a checklist that the salesman is suppose to go over with you. Basically the salesman checked off stuff knowing that he did not go over some of those topics with myself and my husband. Now as I look at the car fax report we realize that the original owner had brought this car in several times. Now we're probably stuck with a car that has had several issues. So far as a 1 day old new car owner. The a/c stopped working now there's a horrible vibration, temp indicator is not working, engine light has come on, back glass is not sealed which we had asked them to check and the salesman said there's nothing they can do. They checked it. My husband was able to slide a business card through it. We are not satisfied at all. More

A very friendly sales associate greeted us and asked what we were looking to purchase. Forrest helped us find the vehicle matching (exceeding) our requirements. During the test drive he gave us valuable details on how the car performs, its features, and showed us key selling points about the Equinox. Forrest checked to make sure we got all of the desired features, even reviewing the inventory to confirm color options. He walked us through the cost breakdown and helped us get a wonderful deal. The whole experience showed a remarkable sales and finance team that did everything in their power to get us through the process quickly while answering all of our questions. More
