horrible experience TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A SIMPLE REPAIR. NEVER GOT A CALL FROM THEM TO LET ME KNOW IF MY CAR WAS DONE. NO HUMANS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE EXCEPT FOR A KIND RECEPTIONIST WHO TOLD ME SHE WOULD TRY TO HAND CARRY A MESSAGE TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO CALL ME BUT ONCE AGAIN....NO CALLBACK!!!! SHE TOLD ME THIS IS A CONSTANT ISSUE! MY ADVISOR GAVE ME A CARD WITH HIS PERSONAL CELL NUMBER BUT HE NEVER ANSWERED AND NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS. Kayla found the exact Silverado I wanted and had it delivered same day. When I picked it up, she referred me to Dave Geiger in Sales, who was so helpful and kind.
