horrible experience TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A SIMPLE REPAIR. NEVER GOT A CALL FROM THEM TO LET ME KNOW IF MY CAR WAS DONE. TRIED CALLING FOR OVER 2 HOURS BUT ALL I GOT WAS VOICE MAILS TELLING ME TO LEAVE A MESSAGE BUT NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL FROM ANYONE. NO HUMANS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE EXCEPT FOR A KIND RECEPTIONIST WHO TOLD ME SHE WOULD TRY TO HAND CARRY A MESSAGE TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO CALL ME BUT ONCE AGAIN....NO CALLBACK!!!! SHE TOLD ME THIS IS A CONSTANT ISSUE! MY ADVISOR GAVE ME A CARD WITH HIS PERSONAL CELL NUMBER BUT HE NEVER ANSWERED AND NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS.
