I had to ask for the proposal. I prefer a phone call to discuss the work and have any questions answered. It seemed quite impersonal. The driver who took me to pick up a rental was very nice, courteous and drove well. Thank you Upon arrival to pick up my car, it was not charged and not washed. Perhaps I'm accustomed to a higher end service center that treats the customer as a guest. I think more people would return to your service center if the service was improved. I think for the price I paid for the service a charge of the battery and a car wash to wash off the grass on the car would have me returning to your site for service again. More

Despite my average credit, and sizable negative equity trade in, my salesman Ty Patten teamed up with a great finance dept made sure I took home my dream vehicle. Not only was I approved, but I received a much lower interest rate then i expected, and my payments were right on par with what I was after. They were very professional, and made sure all of my requests were completed before I drove my new vehicle away. It was a smooth process, and I left feeling like I made a great decision. Thanks for the Jeep Braandon I will admit I am not your typical car buyer. I was looking for a 1 to 2 year old Jeep for my daughter. I had a list of "must haves" which are too I will admit I am not your typical car buyer. I was looking for a 1 to 2 year old Jeep for my daughter. I had a list of "must haves" which are too verbose to include in this short diatribe. I initially dealt with Bobby Larkin and he was extremely helpful. Upon my return later that day I ended up speaking with Brandon. Brandon who also owns a Jeep knew the product extremely well and was able to answer any and all questions I had. My last obstacles were a strawberry air freshener smell and whether the car had been abused. . Is the air freshener an attempt to cover something up? And who owned this jeep? He knew the previous owner was a woman and knew why she decided to trade the vehicle in, He also knew what she then purchased and why. As far as the air freshener was concerned the strawberry smell made sense at that point. Let's face it no sane guy would place a strawberry flavored air freshener in their car right? After arriving home I did disassemble a few areas that would not be part of the detail process. No dirt and no signs of scratches or dents underneath the car that would typically be associated with off road use. Great car and a great car buying experience.
