I had to ask for the proposal. I prefer a phone call to discuss the work and have any questions answered. It seemed quite impersonal. The driver who took me to pick up a rental was very nice, courteous and drove well. Thank you Upon arrival to pick up my car, it was not charged and not washed. Perhaps I'm accustomed to a higher end service center that treats the customer as a guest. I think more people would return to your service center if the service was improved. I think for the price I paid for the service a charge of the battery and a car wash to wash off the grass on the car would have me returning to your site for service again. More
You'd think they had the process down by now. 1. The "New" vehicle I bought had previously been driven and had the Onstar registered to him. 2. The finance office gave me a GM financial number to 1. I called GM financial and they asked me question verifying my identity. They said I was all set before I got off the phone. 3. I then get a call from Andrew Conrad. This guy was rude...talked over me and told me he wasn't going to argue. He said do what I say or bring the vehicle back today. I called his office above and relayed the info. I tried contacting after that. He never responded. My sales person also begin to ignore my phone calls... sending me to voicemail. I then get a email asking for a income statement...(keep in mind I'm a cosigner but they never asked my wife the primary signer for her income statement) I've bought two vehicles from this dealer (one used and one new) I NEVER by another from them. I told everyone on MacDill AFB to stay clear of this dealer. More
