Sales- excellence, detail department is terrible!!! I'm extremely satisfied with the deal I have received after being to 3 dealerships ferman was fast and thorough in my opinion to offer me the best dea I'm extremely satisfied with the deal I have received after being to 3 dealerships ferman was fast and thorough in my opinion to offer me the best deal !!!!!... In saying that the detail shop extremely lazy I really don't believe they even washed it,you can tell where they wiped over the glass, they did not open the hood!! this truck was a victim of all the construction that was going on 60 at the time the whole engine was covered with debris plus there was an ant nest up near the wipers so I spent 6 hours the next day to detail my own truck!!!...I just hope the service department is much better when I bring it for my first oil change. More
